YOGA STRETCH AND STRENGTH IS A FUN WAY TO WORK OUT THAT MUSCLE STRESS AND BRING THE MIND TO A CALMER PLACE through slow movement, attention to guided alignment, and breath....letting the conscious mind give way to the insights of the unconscious mind.....
