Attend a free morning yoga session at the Koller Library, Manitowish Waters, WI . Certified yoga instructor Darcy Lanz-Sage will inspire and encourage you to gently stretch into new possibilities from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

Darcy’s yoga style embraces people at all levels, and draws from many yoga traditions, including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa. Darcy's intention is to create a curious, supportive yoga practice that strengthens the body and nurtures overall well-being.
