Still Space in Eco-Friendly Dryer Balls Workshop- Discovery Center
Details
Join local artist Darcy Lanz-Sage for this fun workshop creating 100% wool, eco-friendly dryer balls. Using fabric softeners and dryer sheets can be harmful to you and to the environment. An alternative method to softening your clothes is to use 100% wool dryer balls. Wool has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties, and dryer balls will dry your clothes a bit faster; thus, reducing the amount of electricity used!
All materials provided. Participants will leave with 1 (set of 3) decorative dryer balls, which is a great value! They make wonderful gifts! Participants are welcome to bring snacks (or light dinner) and beverages to class.
Registration is required by 11/1/26, so register NOW online: HERE .
Workshop is Tuesday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
$40/Non-Member and $35/Member. Participants will meet in the Forest Room in the Nature Hall at the Discovery Center. Please read their program and event registration and cancellation policy.
