Setting Up and Working with OpenLDAP
Details
There are many reasons to have an OpenLDAP Server handy. You might want it for testing. You may have detail that you would like to maintain in very efficient directory structure. Whatever the reason, you may not have put one together on your own server and you may not want to do so.
In this event, David Duncan will review the steps to install and configure an OpenLDAP database server in the cloud. We'll use cloud-init, Ansible, and Amazon EC2 to put together a simple database, then add our own schema changes to hold more than just the default details.
