Location: Chapelfield Gardens (Start) to The Forum (Finish), Norwich

​About the Event

​Join us on World Mental Health Day for a glowing 5km walk through Norwich city centre! Light up the night past iconic city landmarks, then wrap up the evening with a vibrant Silent Disco at The Forum. The walk takes roughly 1 to 1.5 hours and is suitable for all fitness levels (ages 6+).
