Norwich Group Wednesday walk.
Pls note OUR GROUP DOES NOT REQUIRE bookings! Just turn up on the day!
Rebecca & Andy will lead this 10 mile walk from Overstrand, LEAVING PROMPTLY AT 10:00. We will walk inland to Southrepps, Thorpe Market and Northrepps. Lunch will be at Thorpe Market Church where I hope the snowdrops will be out. Walking on tracks, footpaths and some roads. Well behaved dogs are allowed on this walk, but on a short lead only. Please read our dog policy to be found on the documents tab of our website.

A packed lunch and a drink will be required on walks over 6 miles, along with clothing and footwear suitable for walking in the countryside including for wet weather. Walking with a warm and friendly group of like-minded people who love to walk and chat.
NORWICH RAMBLERS is one of the many Ramblers groups in the country, and one of 10 groups in the Norfolk area. Only Norwich, Hike Norfolk & Legstretchers publish their walks on Meetup. The Norfolk Ramblers group walks are published in our printed newsletter which is sent to our members, and is also published in the national Ramblers website, where you can find the walks for the other groups.

Our group does not tend to use Meetup, so although there maybe very few people signing up for a walk on Meetup, our walks are very well attended.
Besides the meetup group, you will also need to join Ramblers if you would like to walk with any of the groups. Of course we welcome new members, so you could try any group up to 3 times before joining Ramblers. We would encourage you to join one of the local Ramblers group rather than the Area Ramblers, although with the membership you can walk with any group in the country, and you can change the group anytime.
