Join us at the wonderful Wildebeest. Stoke Holy Cross during Restaurant Week. Two courses £27 or 3 courses at £33

I’ve booked a table under name of Tracy at 12.30. There is a £25/person no show fee. If you would like to come please let me know. The only way the restaurant will do this is on one payment card per table, so you will need to send me the £25 and I will add you to the table.

Starters
Farm assured chicken terrine, pickled red onions, chicken skin, hazelnut and confit tomato.
Spiced carrot velouté, carrot crisps and coriander crumb.
Citrus cured mackerel, Norfolk beetroot, horseradish yoghurt, cucumber and dill chutney.
Twice-baked Norfolk Mardler soufflé – £4 supplement.
Main courses
BBQ Swannington pork fillet, squash purée, grilled cabbage, burnt apple and jus.
Pan-roasted North Sea hake, cauliflower purée, spinach and cockle beurre blanc.
King oyster mushroom pithivier, caramelised leek, mustard purée and red wine sauce.
28-day rump picanha steak with mushroom duxelle, chimichurri and fries – £10 supplement.

70% dark chocolate delice, Amarena cherries and vanilla Chantilly.
Braeburn apple tarte Tatin with cardamom ice cream.
