August Walk

Hello everyone!

Our August walk will be taking place at Mousehold Heath. We'll meet in the car park just below Zaks Mousehold Diner (NR1 4HW) on Gurney Road. The car park is about halfway up Gurney Road, right by Zaks.

If you’ve never walked with us before, please come along and join our friendly little group. We usually meet on the first Saturday of the month, apologies for the break in July!

For those who haven’t been to Mousehold Heath before, there’s a lovely woodland area that’s perfect for exploring. If the weather is good and people are up for it, we might even try a bit of forest meditation.

That’s me in my profile picture (though I’ve shaved off the beard!)—hopefully you’ll still recognise me.

Please try to arrive a little early. I’m aiming to get better at welcoming everyone and making sure we all feel supported during the walk.
