What we’re about
A group for young professionals based in Norwich and surrounding areas of Norfolk. We are a friendly, welcoming group of diverse nationalities and backgrounds - mostly in our 20's and 30's.
Whether you are already working in your dream career; or a professional specialist in your area, a business owner, apprentice, graduate or student looking to gain experience & network - this group is a great way to meet other ambitious individuals in the area.
The events we run will be varied in nature and appeal to both those who prefer a quiet meet over coffee, aswell as those who want to grab a drink after office hours from time to time.
Here are some potential events:
- post-work pints at your locals, a few cocktails at a bar in the city
- self-development and career workshops - cv improvement, ai, elevator pitches, public speaking
- pub quiz, bowling
- coffee meets & short walks
- days out and trips away
- escape rooms, team based activities
- local festivals, events and fairs
- and more!
Rules:
- No hate speech, bullying or discrimination will be tolerated.
- Please be sure to update your RSVP as soon as possible if you can no longer attend an event. No shows take up limited spaces which someone else could have been waiting for. Repeated no-shows or frequent last minute cancellations will lead to removal from the group.
- Respect each members right to privacy, boundaries and treat others with decency. We are all unique and entitled to our own views, but if your beliefs or behaviour victimises others or causes other members to feel uncomfortable, you may be removed from the group at the owner/organisers discretion.
- No spamming the group, or promotional posts.
- This is a members only group, so unless stated clearly on an event that guests are allowed - please bare this in mind. This is for the protection and safety of the group.
- More than 2 no-shows, breaking the rules, or inactivity for several more than 6 months will result in removal from the group, this ensures the group remains fair and active.
