The Norwich Journaling Circle is a welcoming space for people who want to reflect, set goals, and actively shape the next chapter of their lives — using journaling in a range of practical and creative ways.

Sessions are built on our Reflect & Reset approach and use journaling to support clarity, manifesting, and becoming a more intentional version of yourself.

Expect to see sessions that focus on different styles of journaling, including:

  • Reflective journaling — guided prompts to think things through, review your life, and reset
  • Goal-setting & manifesting journaling — clarifying what you want, visualising outcomes, and identifying next steps
  • Free writing & brain-dumping — clearing mental clutter and getting unstuck
  • Creative & visual journaling — collage, colour, memory-keeping, and working beyond words
  • Nature journaling — outdoor sessions using observation, movement, and writing
  • Gratitude & morning journaling — starting the day focused, calm, and purposeful

Some sessions are calm and structured; others are playful, creative, or outdoors.

In warmer months, the circle will include early morning meet-ups centred on gratitude, manifesting, and meeting new and like-minded people.

No experience needed. No pressure. Just clear prompts, blank pages, and the chance to leave feeling more focused than when you arrived.
