Expect a lighthearted afternoon of self-discovery, connection, and courage… all served with a side of fun 🌟

What to bring?
📝 Your journal (if you have one), a pen ✒️, and your sense of humour! Paper and pens will be available if you don’t have them … BUT the sense of humour is mandatory.

⏰ Arrive at 12:30pm, grab a drink and get settled… ease yourself in by getting to know others , ready for the workshop to start at 1pm!

🍹 Drinks can be purchased at the bar.

🧥 😎 Dress for the weather! This room is outside, so please dress appropriately to stay warm/cool. Sunglasses/ hats / suncream if hot. Don’t worry, if it rains theres also a roof available☔

🚘 Parking: Limited free on-street parking on Sundays nearby on Prince of Wales Road, King Street, Rouen Road, Greyfriars Road, and Mountergate — but check road signs to avoid a surprise ticket!
