NOSHAME Movement – Men’s Mental Resilience Meetups
Welcome to the NOSHAME Movement Meetup Group
This is a safe, real, and stigma-free space for men who are struggling with or have overcome depression, burnout, or emotional exhaustion, and want to become stronger, more resilient, and more connected. Our goal is to support recovery, prevent relapses, and change the conversation around men’s mental health, especially about the stigma of depression and burnout among men.
We’re not here for small talk. We’re here to rewrite the narrative with sports, community, and science.
NOSHAME Movement is a social impact initiative born in Portugal to confront the silent epidemic of male depression and emotional isolation. Over 1.4 million men in Portugal are silently suffering. We’re done pretending everything’s fine.
We meet in person and online to connect through:

No shame. No pressure. Just real talk, real tools, and real men showing up for each other. No spiritual fluff, no rituals. Just science-backed methods, clinical insights, and real-life cases led by mental health and sports professionals, either Clinical Psychologists and Therapists, Personal Trainers and (Endurance/Triathlon) Coaches.
