Not Alone online get-together

This is an informal online peer support meeting. As a small group, we don't usually have a check-in procedure or time limits, but welcome folks to talk about what's going on with them or ask for suggestions.

The Not Alone group started on Meetup in 2016 as a way to connect with other people experiencing mental health challenges. We met at coffee shops in Oakland and Berkeley before switching to online meetings in 2020.
