Hey, Note Lovers, it’s Carolyn here. Come join us for an evening with one of the most thoughtful and lyrical voices in modern jazz piano — Brad Mehldau.
Mehldau’s playing is something special: deeply introspective, harmonically rich, and full of surprising twists. He blends jazz improvisation with classical romanticism and reinvents songs by artists like The Beatles, Paul Simon, and Nick Drake, alongside his own beautiful compositions. Many critics consider him the most influential jazz pianist of the last couple of decades.
This performance takes place at the lovely Saint Brigid's Centre for the Arts, an intimate space that should be perfect for hearing every detail of his touch at the piano.
