Noteworthy Connections Side Quest - Movie Theater Meetup: “Clayface”

Join Noteworthy Connections for a movie meetup at the AMC Tyler Galleria 16 theater in Riverside to watch the new anticipated movie “Clayface.” The showtime is Monday, October 26, at 6:45 PM.

“Clayface” is a new horror movie based on a character from DC comics who is a part of the Batman rogue’s gallery. The premise is as follows: “Rising Hollywood star Matt Hagen descends into a horrifying revenge-filled monster when scientific ambition strips him of his identity and humanity.” Taken from IMDB.

The movie is rated R for “Strong bloody violence, gore, language, some nudity, and brief drug use.”

The host will purchase tickets in advance based on the number of RSVPs of people who signed up until October 25 so that we are all sitting together. If you do happen to sign up after October 25, you can purchase your own ticket.

We will meet at the AMC theater inside the lobby beforehand. As mentioned, the official stated showtime for this movie event will be at 6:45 PM for Monday, October 26. Once most of us are gathered together, the host will distribute the tickets they bought in advance to those who RSVP’d and payment will be collected.

If you end up deciding not to attend, please cancel your RSVP as soon as possible so the host can refund the tickets for the people who will not attend.

While the stated showtime on the AMC website is 6:45 PM, there are 20-25 minutes of movie previews added on, so the movie will actually start at around 7:10 PM. Thus, you can arrive after 6:45 PM, though it is highly advised to arrive early if you want to purchase food or drinks at the concessions and use the restroom before the movie starts.

If you do arrive late, please let the host know so they can stand by to give you your ticket.
