Back in person and live from central Nottingham at the heart of the East Midlands. We have a full years’ worth of events and speakers lined up. Many teams struggle with the fixed nature of Scrum framework and think that Kanban is the answer! But there is a lot more to Kanban than just putting post-its on a board with different column names. To see just how you can apply Kanban to your processes we are going to practice our Kanban skills by making Pizzas!! But don’t worry you don’t have to eat what you make we’ll provide hot fresh pizza made by professionals!
