Dr Alicia Parks Joins us for a practical, creative session where we’ll tap into your inner Dreamer, Realist, and Critic. You will focus on something of importance to you, be that a problem, opportunity or vision, and take it from idea to reality. Using an adapted version of the Disney Model, you'll explore, generate, evaluate, and refine ideas — moving from imagination to actionable plans. This structured yet playful approach will help unlock fresh thinking and momentum in whatever you choose to focus on in the session.

Alicia is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with a PhD and over a decade of experience helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. Drawing on her background as an Agile Coach and leader, Alicia now focuses on empowering people managers to lead with purpose, curiosity, and skill. She believes meaningful conversations are the heart of great leadership — and is on a mission to help organisations treat people management as a true craft, not just a checklist.
