Agile Fireworks!

Agile Fireworks 🎆

This November, Agile Nottingham is lighting the fuse on Agile Fireworks - An evening of sparks, bangs, bright ideas and challenges ready to ignite.

Behind the fireworks theme, this is still very much a Scrum Clinic at heart.
Bring along something from your world of work that needs a little extra spark. Perhaps your retrospectives have lost their fizz.
Maybe your backlog is creating more smoke than clarity.
Perhaps you're struggling to get stakeholders aligned, trying to reignite a transformation that's lost momentum, or tackling a team challenge that refuses to go off with a bang.
Don't expect a panel of experts delivering a silver bullet solution. Instead, we'll harness the collective experience, insights and curiosity of the room. Together we'll explore challenges, ask questions, share stories, challenge assumptions and hopefully create a few moments of inspiration along the way.

And whilst we're calling it a Scrum Clinic, your challenge doesn't need to be about Scrum. Agile, delivery, product, leadership, change, teams or organisational transformation - if it's something happening in your working world, bring it along.
You don't even need to bring a challenge. You're equally welcome to come along, join the conversation, share your experiences and help others spark new ideas.

Expect an informal and friendly evening, plenty of discussion, practical insights, a few stories of things that have exploded unexpectedly, and hopefully enough bright ideas to keep the momentum burning long after the event ends.

Come and light the fuse on your toughest challenge. 🎇
