I will send out the online meeting invite to those that RSVP, this willl be 30 minute to 1 hour talk about how exercise can be made fun and greatly improve your fitness in weeks, I’ve been a personal trainer off and on since I was 18, I am 29 now and my love for the game is still there. Please help me to create a positive environment and a strong community to build on this passion 😄
