Juggling work, family, endless to-do lists...? You're not alone. And you don't have to do it in silence.

As the new year starts, we're launching a brand-new programme: Parents' Wellbeing Gatherings! Monthly meetups created just for us parents, because while we pour so much into supporting our childs' growth and mental health… we deserve the same gentle care too.

We'll mix things up by:
- Hosting cosy events ourselves (like coffee mornings, gentle walks, or mindfulness sessions)
- Exploring wonderful wellbeing events already happening in Nottingham town

Please feel free to join us together for shared experiences that feel uplifting and easy to attend!

First gathering: A relaxed Coffee Morning (hosted by us)

Special guest for this first session: We are delighted to welcome Sehrish Sarwar, founder of NeuralTrance Therapy Ltd. As a certified elite life coach and hypnotherapist, Sehrish is dedicated to guiding individuals toward personal empowerment, helping them rediscover confidence, calm, and clarity amid the everyday chaos. She'll be sharing some gentle insights and creating space for relaxed conversation, a lovely way to start the year feeling supported.

  2. Wellbeing Boosting: A calm, supportive corner for everything to do with anxiety, stress, self-care (for your teen AND you!), big feelings, mental health, and emotional growth.

You're very welcome in either or both. We're here to support you on this journey.
