I hope you’re all having a lovely week!
Mental Health Awareness Week came to an end, but our concern and care for our young people’s mental wellbeing never stops. I'd like to share something really nice we’ve organised for families.
We’re hosting a Family Mindful Walk this Saturday at Bulwell Hall Park. It’s a gentle, relaxed morning where we can all get some fresh air together, enjoy the beautiful park, and learn some simple tools to help calm our minds and bodies.
Our collaborative partner Sehrish will be guiding us through a lovely Progressive Muscle Relaxation session. It’s suitable for both adults and children.
Everyone will also get a small souvenir and refreshments as a little treat!
It’s completely free, and we’d love to see some familiar faces and meet new families too.

Venue: Bulwell Hall Park, NG6 8BE (Meeting point: Play area notice board, right by the entrance)
Booking is required so we know how many to prepare for.
