The community funding approach is to charge a voluntary fee of
£1 pound per meet-up (pay as you go). Or
£10 pound for the whole year - 365 days - (that's approximately 14 or 15 meet-ups for the price of a pint and a half).

If you can no-longer attend, then please remove yourself from the attendees list. Helps the venue plan accordingly.
