This Nottingham social group is open to all ages and aims to organise a variety of events that appeal to a wide range of interests. If you live in or near Nottingham and want to meet new friends and have some fun days and nights out then do join us. One requirement is everyone uses their real name - first name will do. Photos -We recommend you put a clear picture of yourself on your profile as this will help our hosts spot you at the events. We understand you may not want to include a photo of yourself when you first join, however once you've attended one or two events we do prefer you upload a photo of yourself. Please note - This meet up group is set up for social activity, everyone is responsible for looking after themselves and looking after their own well being. We are NOT responsible for you! This unmissable night has been running monthly for a while now and has proven to be extremely popular, regularly selling out. It's a great chance to see a mixture of up-and-coming and established acts at a price that won't break the bank. Everyone is friendly and has a good time but it's perfect for new Meetuppers, as it's relaxed and fun without the pressure of having to make small talk all evening. Come on down for your comedy fix in the unique and atmospheric surroundings of a historic sandstone cave!

This often sells out early, so don't wait to pay on the door!We'll meet in the ground floor bar area; pink carnations optional. The gig is on the next floor down and doors open there at 7:15. Several rows of seats are usually reserved for Meetuppers to sit together.
This event is cross-posted in a few groups; just join one of them, ta. Please don't sign up unless you're sure you're coming – use the Save Event feature instead – and if for some reason you can't make it, please update your RSVP to Not Going. Non-attendees will be marked as no-shows.
Parking: There are spaces on the street outside which charge until 10pm. The nearest free parking is over Canning Circus, eg the top of Cromwell Street, and there may be some on the Ropewalk. Comment with any other tips and I'll add them in future listings!

Note: Do not be put off by the low numbers in the event, many of the atendees do not use meetup, we usualyly have between 8-10 peoplee turn up!
Come and join us for some board games at The Heart at Ruddington. Previously The Red Heart (Dog friendly venue)
We have reserved room from 7PM that seats around 12-15 people (3 Tables) but the pub isn't that busy on a Monday night and we can quite easily spread to the general seating areas if need be.

The accessable entrance is at the back of the pub. The front door has a couple of steps. If you have any concerns I would advise contacting them directly.Location
The Heart at Ruddington is just off of the high street in the Ruddington village square.Parking
You can parking for free after 6PM On High Street and Church Streat near the venue. There is also a small carpark around the back of the venueUntil the 20th of April there are some roadworks going on blocking the normall route from ruddington/wilford. I will post updates on this weekly.
Public Transport
The Green Line number 10 Bus runs regularly from Nottingham City Center to Ruddington (every 30 minutes). The last bus out of Ruddington back to the city departs at 11.30PMBring your games!
You are welcome, no encouraged, to bring your own games to play with others, but please keep in mind that nobody likes sitting around whilst the rules are figured out so make sure you are familiar and willing to talk people through as we play.Some examples of games you might encounter:
