Pub quiz: Lion at Basford

On a whim I decided to return to this pub quiz which I know from years ago. The Lion is an excellent pub for beers especially cask and craft, also ciders and it's apparently Dog Friendly as well. The food is also quite good if you need to have a meal, there's ample parking space in the car park and neighbouring streets and it's really easy to get to on public transport as it's right by the tram stop. (Northbound anyway.)
Unfortunately we can't book tables so I'll have a "Meetup" sign handy so you can find us. If the quiz is anything like it was a few years ago it is run by the manager, and we'll be marking other teams' sheets halfway through. Format is pretty standard. Team size limit is 6 and entry fee is £1 per person. Quiz itself starts at 8pm. Prizes include money and drinks!
