WHITWICK TO PEGGS GREEN 7 MILE CIRCULAR WALK

Meet around 10:50 for 11:00 Start
A chance to burn off the Christmas calories with a hilly walk across open fields with a good few Stiles to climb over.
There will be some mud, come prepared!!!!

We head past the hermitage lake, then down to the village via Swannington incline. Then uphill to Peggs Green, passing Hough windmill.

Crossing the fields and down the main road, where we will take a 30-minute break at the George and Dragon pub.

Crossing more fields and back to the starting point via the housing estate and old railway line.
