Come and join me for a visit to this beautiful village in the Peak District! ⛰️

Home of the Bakewell Tart (which this particular restaurant and shop has long been famous for) and the Old House museum that is a well-preserved Tudor house dating back to 1534, this’ll be an ideal way to spend a Sunday 👌

I will book a table for us for lunch at the ‘Old Original Bakewell Pudding Shop’ closer to the time, please get your RSVP in soon if you’d like to be booked in 🏃🏻‍♀️🍴

Their menu can be found here:

Entry to the Old House museum costs £7.50 on the day or £6.50 if booked in advance for groups of 6 or more. If enough people are interested in going to the museum, I can make an advanced booking for us as a group and will ask guests to please bank transfer me their payment in advance as to have their place confirmed for this. ✔️

In terms of transport to get to Bakewell, the nearest train stations are Matlock, Chesterfield and Buxton from which a bus can take you into the village, and there are also a few car parks in Bakewell too for those coming by car. 🛣️
More information can be found here: https://www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/visiting/visitor-centres/bakewell/bakewell-map

Looking forward to seeing you there! 🥰
