Melbourne Art Trail @ Melbourne, Derbyshire

The annual Art & Architecture Trail in the quaint Derbyshire village of Melbourne is a feast for the eyes. The whole enchanting village becomes a gallery, with many private homes and gardens hosting dispays of artists work, as well as public halls, the parish church and the manor house too. Fine art, Sculpture, Ceramics, Jewellery and Crafts of all kinds are for sale from the artisans themselves. Add Live music, cakes/drinks and pretty buildings and we have a glorious day exploring, I've been before.

Wristband £7.50, buy on arrival for entry to all locations. Bring some cash for purchases in case card readers do not work with poor signal.

Parking £5/car for designated parking areas, either in the school DE73 8JE, or shuttle bus from the farm shop at DE73 8DD. DO NOT attempt to park in the village, no room!
