Defences @ The Bodega w/ Phoenix Lake and Reckoner

I've seen Defences a couple of times now, supporting Redhook at The Bodega, and also at Liquid Library as part as Mangata festival. They return to Nottingham on their own headline tour, and back to The Bodega.

Their latest album, Shadowlight is excellent, and they released a new single, Lithium Kiss at the beginning of October which is great too. Another band that's a bit heavier for me, but a great combination of clean/dirty vocals and quite a bit of electronics :)

Support comes from Phoenix Lake, who I've also seen twice supporting Skarlett Riot and also at Mangata, and Reckoner who are new to me!!
