Beat The Streets 2026 - 5 venues, 35 bands, £15 (min) for charity!
Details
The first big event in the Nottingham gig calendar, and always one of our big events, Beat The Streets returns again to raise money for Framework. This event has raised over £500,000 over it's history, and definitely a worthy cause!
This year, it's (currently) 35 bands over 5 venues, for a minimum donation of £15 - all of this goes to Framework.
I think it's once again local band mainly, but there is quite a few on there that I don't know, so there may well be some national bands in there too.
There's plenty on the list that I already know I'll enjoy, but with these I'll often try to check out new bands. One I did notice was White Town, who are pretty local (Derby) and had a well, pretty massive hit in 1997 with Your Woman/
Some of my (Craig) other recommendations and most see, which I'll hopefully catch some of (in billed alphabetical order) are Ben Mark Smith, Bloodworm, Davoli, Eyre Llew, Hunch Power, Marvin's Revenge, Pict and White Town. I'm sure there's lots of others I've missed though!
I have created a group chat for this at:
