I've seen Luna & The Lime Slices a few times and they go from strength to strength. I also like what I've seen of Drone Queen so am really looking forward to this gig!

LUNA & THE LIME SLICES:
Luna & The Lime Slices is a dynamic five-piece alternative rock band from Nottingham, known for blending genres like rock, indie, shoegaze, and metal, featuring dual lead singers with rich harmonies reminiscent of Billie Eilish and Amy Winehouse over heavy instrumentation like Queens of the Stone Age and Radiohead. Formed in 2022, they deliver powerful, emotive music with gritty guitars, strong rhythms, and passionate vocals, establishing themselves in Nottingham's alt-rock scene with singles like "Back To You" and "If You're Sober" ahead of their debut EP.
HARRY ELEY:
Hailing from Guildford in the UK with a new and emotionally compelling take on indie rock, Harry Eley is quickly making his mark as an exciting new voice in the UK music scene. Inspired by a varied mix of influences ranging from the reflective songwriting of John Mayer and the pop rock of The 1975, to the emotive guitar work of Derek Trucks and the lyrical sharpness of The Smiths, Harry brings together classic aesthetic with a modern edge.
TWINHEAD:
TwinHead is an emerging indie-punk band from Nottingham, known for their energetic live shows and guitar-heavy sound. They are actively involved in the local East Midlands music scene and have released several singles and EPs. Their music is characterised as indie-punk, with elements of alternative rock, psychedelia, and grunge. Their sound is noted for its "washy/wavey synths & guitars" and a punchy rhythm section.
DRONE QUEEN:
Drone Queen is a heavy alt-rock duo from Nottingham, known for their raw, emotionally charged sound that blends aggressive riffs with vulnerable lyrics. The band was formed in early 2024 and comprises members Lewis Hill and Elliot Needham. Their music is characterised as heavy alternative rock, drawing comparisons to bands like Royal Blood and Cleopatrick.
