Bloc Party @The Palais

Bloc Party are an English indie rock band formed in London in 1999, spearheaded by co-founders Kele Okereke (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and Russell Lissack (lead guitar). Revered as key pioneers of the 2000s post-punk revival, their music blends sharp, angular guitar riffs with danceable electronica and house elements.

The band is currently building up to the launch of their highly anticipated seventh studio album, Anatomy of a Brief Romance, scheduled for release on 11 September 2026. Produced by the legendary Trevor Horn, the new record is a deeply personal narrative work charting the highs and lows of an intense love affair, moving through subsequent heartbreak and new beginnings.
