This week's online Thursday Mindfulness Meeting will be a gentle and simple one-hour session that’s designed to ease us all back into our meditation and mindfulness practice after the disruption, dislocation, and distraction of the Christmas holiday season.

PLUS, we’ll also open up our new teaching theme for this year, which is all about us learning how to sidestep the pressures and ‘stressors’ of modern life (and also the chaos and scary headlines of the news) in order to claim for ourselves a life contentment, joy, and ease that is built firmly upon an inner dynamic of peace, emotional resilience, and freedom from mental anguish.
