FREE: The Simple Way Of Compassion. It's Easy, Powerful & Will Change Your Life!
Details
This week's FREE weekly online Thursday Mindfulness Meeting will be a gentle and simple one-hour session* in which we will explore the often misunderstood concept of ‘Compassion’.
We'll be looking at what compassion actually is (and it's probably not what you think—it has absolutely nothing to do with "being nice"!), why it's powerfully transformative in our lives—the science tells us that people who are good at authentic compassion are happier, healthier, less stressed and anxious, and they have better relationships all-round’—and, perhaps most importantly of all, how to get it... and that turns out to actually be remarkably straightforward!
So, if think you and your life could benefit from the impressive, and hugely positive, results that authentic compassion is proven to deliver, join us this Thursday evening live on Zoom at 7pm (or register to get the video recording afterwards to watch anytime). Just RSVP here on MeetUp.com and you will be sent the Zoom link for the meeting.
This week we also be joined by some guests from around the world, as this week's meeting is part of this year's Feast for the Soul event (an annual, 40-day global online program of online meditation classes, workshops and events)!
Our meeting this week will be led, as usual, by Shaun Glossop, an experienced and highly regarded local mindfulness teacher. (Shaun is also our Group's leader and the regular host of our meetings.) The meeting will include two periods of guided meditation.
Join us this Thursday evening, or register to receive the video afterwards – just RSVP here on MeetUp.com and you will be sent the Zoom link for the meeting. (You will receive a separate and different link sometime after the meeting to access the video.)
* This year we will be making our first meeting of the month FREE and open to all. These sessions will be a little bit shorter in length than usual weekly meetings (which are approximately 2-hours long), but they will otherwise have the same ‘feel’, atmosphere and structure.
