This week's online Thursday Mindfulness Meeting is FREE (because it's the first Thursday of the month*) and it will be approximately 90-minutes long.

This week we'll be exploring the 3 simple steps that can enable anyone to quickly build a powerful and highly effective meditation and mindfulness practice—one that can bring about sweeping and beneficial change to our lives, including giving us ready access to a sense of calm and inner-peace.

Mindfulness and meditation are now widely recognised as being powerful tools that can significantly reduce anxiety, depression, negative thinking, and the tendency we have as human beings to feel dissatisfied and, at times, deeply unhappy with our own lives. However, building a regular and meaningful meditation practice into our busy daily lives in order to deliver these benefits can feel a daunting (and sometimes even impossible) challenge.

This week we'll look at 3 very simple steps to embrace meditation and mindfulness, and to make it part of our lives, without it all feeling like hard work, or being an unduly intimidating prospect—thereby enabling us to get the maximum wellbeing benefits without it being a fight or an overwhelming challenge!

The meeting will be led, as usual, by Shaun Glossop, who is an experienced and highly regarded meditation and mindfulness teacher (and also our Group's leader and the regular host of our meetings), and the session will include two periods of live guided meditation.

So, if think you and your life would benefit from the impressive, and hugely positive, results that meditation and mindfulness, and you'd like to learn simple but powerful ways to build these into your life, join us this Thursday evening live on Zoom at 7pm (or register to get the video recording afterwards to watch anytime). Just RSVP here on MeetUp.com and you will be sent the Zoom link for the meeting.

* This year we will be making our first meeting of the month FREE and open to all. These sessions will be a little bit shorter in length than usual weekly meetings (which are approximately 2-hours long), but they will otherwise have the same ‘feel’, atmosphere and structure.
