This group is for individuals interested in Reiki, Healing and spiritual growth. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this group offers a supportive and nurturing space to explore and deepen your understanding of Usui Reiki. Come join us for Reiki trainings , Reiki circles/shares, and other healing events to cultivate greater well-being and connection. MAHALO!REIKI LEVEL 1+2 IMMERSION
The Nourish immersion combines level 1 and 2 of the original Usui Reiki lineage training into one potent weekend training. It is designed to give you the training and knowledge you need to become a confident Reiki healer, to accelerate your own spiritual and healing journey, and to offer meaningful healing to friends, family, pets, and clients.
You will receive powerful Reiki attunements up to Reiki Level 2, receive sacred symbols to use in healing and distance healing, and deepen your own healing practice on many levels.Reiki level 1+2 prepares you to:
- Channel and share more Reiki energy
- Enhance your treatments with the sacred symbols
- Provide distance healing
- Start your Reiki practice
- Prepare for the advanced and master levels
What you will learn:
- Intro to Reiki level 1 and 2
- History of Reiki
- Benefits of Reiki
- Reiki Principles/Spiritual guidelines
- How to bring Reiki into all areas of your life
- How to give a full treatment to yourself and others
- Reiki Ethics
- The sacred Reiki symbols (The power symbol, the mental/emotional symbol and the distant healing symbol) and how to use them
- Distance healing protocol
- Reiki meditations to enhance healing and energy flow
- How to clear and prepare a space for Reiki healing
- Aura/energy flow scanning techniques
- Tips and advice on your own Reiki healing practice
You will receive:
- Guided meditations
- The Reiki level 1+2 attunement/initiation
- Reiki Level 1+2 manual
- Reiki level 1+2 certificate
And of course you are welcome to attend our monthly NOURISH Reiki share/circle! Come to practice, get some Reiki TLC, and build a heart centered community

Each training combines theory, history, meditations, and hands-on practice in a safe and high vibe environment with like minded souls. We keep the groups small for individualized attention, group discussions/sharing and plenty of 1:1 hands on practice.Receive a high dose of healing energies and make some deep connections with fellow practitioners as you advance your own Reiki practice!

Welcome to the Nourish Reiki Circle!
Ever since I started training Reiki practitioners I have been feeling called to create a sacred space where we can come together to create a heart and healing centered community!
What is a Reiki Circle?
A Reiki circle, or Reiki-share, offered by a Reiki Master or Center, used to be the cornerstone of a Reiki community. The intention is for Reiki practitioners to gather, form community, exchange healing, deepen their practice, and of course, “fill their own cup”:)Flow
- The circle opens with a guided Reiki meditation to activate and hold more universal life energy
- Discussion of a Reiki precept, topic, technique
- Group Reiki Share: Give and receive Reiki in a group of 3 or more
- The circle will close with sharing of wins, positive intentions, and gratitude
Optional: For those who want to connect beyond the official event we can consider some post-circle social time.

My vision is to hold sacred space to allow the blossoming of a heart centered community which will share love, light and healing. Therefore:Circle participants agree to:
- Treat each other with kindness and respect
- Listen with compassion and curiosity
- Honor each other’s unique ways to healing and don’t presume to advise or fix or try to save each other
- NOT market or promote yourself, a business, or products
- NOT act competitively or in any “ego-motivated” way
- NOT teach/disseminate other modalities or philosophies during the circle
- Hold all stories shared in the circle in confidence.

Christina is a Reiki Master, Galactic Akashic Records Reader, Intuitive Channel, Spiritual Teacher, and Starseed Mentor.
Her passion is to empower others to heal themselves, evolve spiritually, and co-create their own reality. She specializes in individual and collective awakening, Starseeds/Galactic history, and the Ascension.
Christina combines various intuitive gifts while connecting with her client’s guides, multidimensional beings, Masters, the greater cosmic family, and various healing frequencies.
