This Holiday Reset is not about changing yourself or figuring everything out before the year ends. It’s an opportunity to pause, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your breath as a steady anchor during a busy and emotionally layered season.

We’ll use simple, accessible breathwork practices designed to support calm, release tension, and create a sense of grounding—without pushing, forcing, or reliving anything.

This is a gentle, trauma-aware practice. All participation is optional, and you’re always invited to honor your own pace.
