Please join us for the first ever meeting of the NoVA Language Union hosted at my local library in Kingstowne.
We are focused on building community through the use of language. We are looking for anyone interested in learning new languages and for people who would like to teach others. Try socializing with others over a game of Bananagrams or Scrabble in other languages. You are very much encouraged to bring other board games focused on language. We can even play a game of Catan where we trade in each other's languages. Do pretty much anything as long as you're socializing and learning (and as long as you don't violate the rules of the library of course)!
This is an LGBT+ friendly event. Any harassment and hate speech will be met with a permanent ban from the group. The library is a safe place for this community, and we will keep it that way.
