Methods for debugging and modifying SMD printed circuit boards will be demonstrated.
Typical power wiring for drones will be discussed and demonstrated
Warning: You will be dealing with very small parts
The class will require you to pick up and accurately place parts about the size of a grain of rice. I personally use 2.5x or 3x off-the-shelf reading glasses.
The Fine Print:
• Up to 2 per team, paying once, building 1 kit is fine. Register just once for the class.
• Parent / Child teams are encouraged.
• Kids under 12 may participate if
A) An adult is present
B) The adult is fine sitting next to them while they are wielding a 400+ degree soldering iron.
• Kids 12 through 18 can participate alone at the discretion of their parent or guardian.
• Anyone under 18 will need to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before; this is taking up a slot that someone else can't attend.
