First Meeting

Hello!! I want to thank you all for your interest in our sapphic walking/hiking club and are greatly excited to see so many people interested. Due to the way meetup works and the associated cost of running a group on here, all excursions will be planned through email!! As this is a free social club, we as the organizers are not interested in paying a fee out of our own pockets for such a site and do not wish to make members pay any club fees to help run it. We are using the free trial of this site for advertising purposes only! Once that trial ends we will be moving to advertising only through various social medias and word of mouth. Please please please reach out to our email @novasapphicnaturewalks@gmail.com or you can also dm us on instagram @sapphicnaturewalks_nova. All information on meeting locations and times will be sent through a mailing list. Not only does this allow us to have en masse communication, it also allows us, the organizers, to ensure that we have a direct point of contact with anyone interested in joining or current members. We will never post the location or times (besides the dates) of our gatherings on any public site for our general safety. Our goal is to create a welcoming and open community space, but that's only possible with active participation! We would love for you to join us if our group speaks to you.
