Communication is wrought with challenges – add in disagreement between people or polarized views and the challenges with communication intensify.

Since communication is the lifeblood of resolving disagreements, IT’S ON YOU as a dispute resolution practitioner to become an elite level communicator who makes things easier and uses communication to build bridges.

Come explore opportunities you have to leverage the power of visuals in your practice. We’ll explore visual communication as a tool for creating a super culture of collaboration in problem solving processes and we’ll break down the beliefs that keep you stuck communicating in traditional, less effective ways.

We’ll shine light on a new set of beliefs that will put you on the path to becoming an even more powerful interventionist who leverages visual communication.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Lisa is an expert visual facilitator who works with executive teams and boards around the globe to mine their diverse perspectives, align on a desired future and focus on strategic action. Her interactive visual methods boost listening, maximize participation and end the dysfunction so often found in collaborative decision-making.

Also a pioneer of visual mediation (www.bigtimevisual.com), Lisa works with teams and families leveraging the power of visual communication to resolve disputes. She is the creator of BIG Beginnings in Visual Mediation, the world’s only online program that teaches dispute resolution professionals how to amplify the effect of interventions with visuals and help parties more easily move from stuck to solved.

During this session, you’ll see some of the tools and approaches Lisa uses, participate in some activities and contribute your ideas and questions, so be prepared to interact.
