Can you solve problems visually? Using 5 diagrams in 15 minutes, you do not need to know how to draw in order to discover and identify tools, resources, ideas, methods and processes to figure out how to do everything from making breakfast to examining new ideas to improve business.

Diagrams are often disregarded as visual problem-solving tools, particularly as tools for facilitation. As taught in this session, diagramming, particularly with the five diagrams as a problem-solving framework, becomes a powerful force for discovery and decision-making. Diagramming can remove the stigma of having to draw “well” to be a graphic facilitator, and can add another complete visual toolkit to graphic recorders looking for powerful visual methods to organize content. If you can diagram, you can facilitate AND organize content powerfully for your clients!

In this workshop, Dean Meyers will demonstrate the use of 5 simple diagrams: the mind map, the 2x2 matrix, the system map, the force field, and the storyboard.
