Agile is built on visibility. But too often, the tools stay trapped in software or jargon instead of becoming something teams can actually see, use, and think with.

In this joint NOVA Scribes / Agile NOVA Meetup, we’ll explore a set of core visual tools used in Agile environments and translate them into facilitation-ready formats.

We’ll walk through a curated set of tools, including Kanban, user story maps, and journey-based tools like impact maps and empathy maps.
We’ll focus on what it’s for, how it works, and how to bring it to life visually in both digital spaces (like Miro) and analog formats.

You’ll see real examples, get a feel for how these tools function in practice, and have the opportunity to try them yourself. Along the way, we’ll connect these tools back to facilitation and explore how they can support group clarity, alignment, and decision making.

If you’re looking to expand your visual facilitation toolkit with tools, this session will give you concrete, usable approaches you can bring into your next workshop.
