Shaman Hike
Details
We will have a hike in the Shanandoah NP and a ceremony when we get to a good and peaceful place.
Meeting at the parking lot for the Brown Mountain Overlook trail (mile 43) at 10:30am. We will leave by 10:45 along the Rocky Mountain Run Trail. After about a mile and a half to two miles, we will find a nice spot off trail and have a small ceremony. 
We will have an opening ceremony, discuss intentions that we would like to let go, manifest dreams we would like to collect, if it’s peaceful enough we might go on a Shamanic journey, play some basic instruments, do a meditation, then close the ceremony.
What to bring: water, a small instrument (bells, small drum, sound bowl), snacks, intentions.
It’ll be lots of fun relaxing and giving thanks in nature on a beautiful September day.
Expect a two hour hike, everyone will be responsible for your own transportation and food and water.
