Spring is in the air and our rooftop season has come!

We gather, grab a drink, grind and grin.

GRAB A DRINK AND YOU ARE ALL SET TO ENJOY THE EVENT. YOU NEED TO GET AT LEAST A DRINK OR FOOD :) To get the event going and show support. We know that you like our events. P.S. : We have non-alcoholic drinks as well.

We have a tiny venue and we hit capacity often and early arrival is suggested.

We have the discretion to decide entry.

We will rotate attendees. So that everyone meets everyone. You would get to meet your future friends/acquaintances/buddies/pals /partner-in-crimes or may be more:) To hang out/go out or do things together. Also, this is an ideal event if you are new in town or not!

AFTER THE SOCIAL, WE HIT THE DANCE FLOOR! BRING YOUR DANCING SHOES, WE WILL DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY!

This is also a wicked 'MeRtUp'!

What is MERTUP?:) Mer + Meetup = Mertup.

Mer is known as the Meetup guy. He likes to connect people and his fans coined that name for him. So, at his events, everyone will become a Wing Person to everyone:) When you get get there, we will introduce you to someone and you will be responsible to introduce that person to another person. That is MERTUP!

We will have specials, including our usual suspect MERtini:)

Dress code : Weekend Casual

Event is free and 21+

• Come one, come all; YOU COULD FLY SOLO TOO:) This is the most friendliest event you have ever attended!
• Feel free to invite your friends. They don't necessarily have to be a member
• Ideal for either you are new in town or not, to make friends and acquaintances
• RSVP on Meetup is required. That is how we check you in.
• We will have a registration station and check you in.

Cover is $20. But it is FREE with RSVP.

```CHECK-IN DETAILS~~~~~~~~

1. It is one of the prominent and prestigious night clubs in DC. Hence, expect a long line to be checked-in. Door opens @ 10pm.
2. Dress Code is DRESS TO IMPRESS.
3. Tell the bouncers that you are on my list - MER'S LIST.
4. In order to beat the long line, please come on time.
5. YOU HAVE TO GET THERE BEFORE MIDNIGHT. The deal we have got ends at midnight. If you get there after midnight, you will be subject to Cover Charge of $ 20.
6. When you finish getting checked-in, you will be given a wristband. That is how we identify each other, in the club.
7. After you checked-in, proceed to THE MAIN BAR. That is where, we are going to be.
8. Please be advised that this is a real deal club. It gets packed and louder as the night gets older. However, we will try to stick together.
9. BE READY TO DANCE AND GET SOME EXERCISE!:)

Payment Instructions :

2. Verify correct dollar amount for number of people you're paying for.

3. If you don't have a Paypal account, click "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card".

Refund & Ticket Resell

All sales are final. We only refund the full amount, if the event is canceled. If it is rescheduled, we will send an email to ticket advising that. A full refund will be given to those that let us know within 2 calendar days of the update email, if you are unable to make it on the new date. No refunds will be given after that time.

However, you can sell your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please, feel free to post in the comment box for the event, that you have a ticket for sale. Work out payment between yourselves, and have the seller only send us a message letting us know the full name of the person taking your spot. You must let us know two hours before the RSVP close time, on the day of the event.

Many of you might have already figured out my French connection by my name or you might run into my Francophone friends on our events and they try to speak to you in French:)

I wanted to throw a party at the French Embassy, in collaboration with the Embassy and The French-American Chamber of Commerce (to which I am proudly a member); to show you around France and French culture.

• We will meet and socialize with French professionals, business people and diplomates at the Event

• Buffet Campagnard (Typical french style finger food buffet) prepared by the Embassy's chefs will be served

• We will have an Open Bar featuring French wines & drinks.

I organized this event in collaboration with the Embassy and The French-American Chamber of Commerce (I am proudly a member).

Parking & Metro Info :

Parking on the Embassy's premises is not allowed. However, street parking is free. There is no metro station close by. Hence, we highly recommend a shared ride.

This is mainly for members, who are 40 years-young and above. We have specials and an extended happy hour, just for our group.

This is where Food, drinks and ambience perfectly meet. We gather, grip, and grin. I organize this with my other Meetups and you will get to mingle with many insanely friendly socialites.
