Art lovers rejoice! Join us for a book-club-members-only docent-guided tour of the Mary Cassatt at Work exhibit at the Philadelphia Art Museum! We paired the tour with discussion of the book I Always Loved You, a novel about Mary Cassatt and Edgar Degas’ great romance. After the tour, we’ll have an hour or so to tour other areas of the museum on your own and then we’ll reconvene at TBD for a late lunch and book discussion.

The exhibition presents 130 diverse works that follow Cassatt's evolving practice and demonstrates her interest in the "serious work" of artmaking.
