Sunday Yoga for Adults
May 11, 2-3pm (Sunday)
All levels and all bodies are welcome! Students will learn basic yoga poses and sequences, build strength, and increase flexibility. Mats are available upon request. This program is for Paramus residents over the age of 18. Registration begins on April 13 via www.paramuslibrary.org.
