Summer Wednesday Workout!

Come workout with us at the Lake Stage at Polk Brothers Park by Navy Pier (slight change from previous announcements)! We are an inclusive workout group with chapters throughout the world. Whether you are a multi-marathon runner or a mom just getting back into the swing of things, and everything in between, we only ask of everyone to #JustShowUp!

For this workout, we'll be celebrating Global Beatles Day with an all Beatles' soundtrack!
