The last Friday of the month, November Project Chicago meets at AMA Plaza for our PR Day!

It's a simple concept. Can be as tough as you need it to be if you want to push yourself:

- Start at the plaza
- Do a burpee
- Run across the bridge to the war memorial
- Do a push-up
- Go up then down then back up the stairs, then run back to the starting point
- Do two burpees
- Run across the bridge again
- Do two push-ups
- Up down up the stairs and back to the starting point

Keep repeating but add a burpee and a push-up in each lap
