Start your day with good people, good vibes, and lots of sweat! A free workout for all levels, think: running and stairs, spiced up with burpees and squats, topped off with some high fives and hugs.
The workout will go for approx. 45 minutes, then we'll wrap up with a coffee nearby, for those who can join.
