Hi everyone! We have been watching the weather closely and as a number of people have pointed out, it is expected to be very windy this weekend. Our contingency plan calls for the event to be held the following week if there is zero chance of inflating balloons this weekend. Please stay tuned to this Facebook page - we are confirming details now to reschedule the event for next week. Further information will follow.

FAQS
Now that the event is rescheduled, guests can log into Eventbrite to adjust the day that they have selected if they need to. Remember that it is the day of the week specified in your ticket description that is important, not the date that the festival begins. So if you have Friday tickets, you must come on the Friday. If you have Sunday tickets, you must attend on the Sunday Sunday.

Fareharbor customers will have an entirely different process - we will email you directly with instructions if / when the dates are changed.

TICKET WEBSITE: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/palm-beach-balloon-festival-tickets-461843064037 (pre-sale tickets have now ended. All future sales require an admission ticket person aged 4+. If you wish to park on site you need to also reserve a parking spot.)
DATE & TIME: December 1 to 4, 2022 - Gates open at 5pm! Balloons will inflate as soon as winds are calm. NO ADMISSION AFTER 7PM.
VENUE: This event is hosted on land next to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. General parking is on the West side of the stadium, premium and handicap on the East side. Remember that all car parking must be booked in advance.
TICKETS: All remaining tickets are charged at $14.99 per person (guests aged 4+ need an admission tickets, ages 3 and under are free).
PARKING: If you wish to park at the venue, you must purchase a General car parking pass or Premium parking pass in advance. Handicap parking is already sold out and you cannot pay for parking on the day.
THIS IS AN IN PERSON EVENT. YOU CANNOT SEE ACTIVITIES FROM THE PARKING LOT
SEATING: Seating is not provided for this event. The event takes place on a grass field and guests are encouraged to bring camping chairs or a picnic blanket to sit on.
ENTRY TO EVENT: Security checks are in operation. No weapons are allowed of any kind. No bags are permitted other than a small purse with essential items, camera bags with camera equipment or diaper bags with supplies for young children. Outside food and drink is not permitted.
PHOTOGRAPHY: We retain all image rights. Photographs must not be posted with watermarks or used for commercial use without first seeking a license from our staff. Licenses must be booked in advance.
HOT AIR BALLOONS: While we make every attempt to display hot air balloons, the weather must be calm and dry. If there is rain or thunderstorms in the vicinity or if the winds exceed 6mph, the balloons will not be displayed until weatger conditions are safe. If the balloons are not displayed on the day you attend, you can receive tickets to another location or the 2023 event.
BALLOON RIDES: We will make every effort to conduct hot air balloon rides. If the wind exceeds 6mph, the pilots may decide not to do rides. If that happens, tickets can be exchanged for another location or our 2023 event. Our goal is always the safety of guests, pilots and event staff.
BALLOON RIDE TICKETS: There is no age or weight restriction on rides. Despite there being no restriction, all passengers in the balloon must have a ride ticket regardless of age. All balloon ride tickets must be booked through our website to ensure that guests receive the appropriate credit if rides are not able to take place due to weather.
PETS: Well behaved dogs and owners plus service dogs are welcome. No other animals are permitted.

Join us for an interesting evening viewing hot air balloons. Possibly take a ride! Balloon Glow Tour efforts are to take hot air ballooning to communities all over the US.

There will be food trucks and retail vendors and entertainment. Bring your chair.

I’ll be there by 5pm to secure our location but feel free to arrive when you can. Stay tuned for more information.

General car passes are $25, let’s car pool.
Tethered hot air balloon rides can be purchased.

Easy Events Group Inc. will provide Food & Beverage, Retail, Kid Zone and Hospitality services at all events.
